Fee for renewal is to be made by one of the following methods of payment:

                  1) personal check
                  2) money order
                  3) cashier's check
                  4) certified bank check
 
           in the following amounts made payable to the "Medina County Sheriff’s Office"

                  1)  $50.00 if Ohio Resident for 5 years or longer.

                  2)  $74.00 if Ohio resident less than 5 years.
